Job opportunity – Market Coordinator

SAGE Farmers Market in Moruya is looking for a part-time Market Coordinator, around 12 hours a week. 

This includes every Tuesday afternoon at the market, Friday and Wednesday mornings to administer the e-Market, and other times at your convenience for general administration such as emails, calls, messages, banking, managing spreadsheets, and promotion. The Market Coordinator is the central contact for the market.

You will need good customer service, organisational and administration skills and be comfortable working online with emails, spreadsheets, and websites. Social media experience would be an advantage.

Some days you may need to be able to juggle a few things at once and deal with unexpected emergencies!

The job is offered on a contract arrangement and you will need an ABN, mobile phone, computer, driver’s license and your own vehicle to carry banners and the marquee.  You will need to be able to erect a small marquee, put up banners and carry some boxes.

You will invoice SAGE with an agreed hourly rate, and there is a weekly incentive for the number of stalls at each market.

The position is available for an immediate start.
