Wow 142 responses! Thanks to all of you for your time and effort. We really appreciate hearing about what’s working for you and what can be improved… and there were some great suggestions, lots of thanks and some serious criticism as well. All has been compiled and sent to the SAGE Executive team for consideration and action.
Actually, some of your comments had already been addressed late last year when the SAGE Executive realised that a dedicated Membership Officer was needed to address concerns and help people feel more welcome. And that’s me! I was asked to fill this role in February so you may have seen me wearing a sandwich board at the Tuesday market spruiking about renewals and encouraging more market users to join. I’ve since been along to some SAGE social events and to one Food Share on the last Sunday of the month to meet and welcome new members. I guess the main task so far was to create and run this survey so we really know what you think and want.
I’m pleased to report that from the survey we can congratulate ourselves on an overall satisfaction rating of 78%. Now there’s work to be done and socks to be pulled up to see if we can address your concerns and make SAGE even better and more inclusive for as many members of our community as possible.
