The Rules & Regulations and the accompanying Code of Conduct apply to all SAGE Farmers Market stall holders current and future. The SAGE Farmers Market (SFM) Committee revises these documents regularly as need dictates.
Upon signing the acknowledgement and acceptance of these Rules & Regulations and the Code of Conduct, every stall holder agrees that they are bound by them as at the date they sign and any subsequent modifications and updates to these documents.
Stall holders will be notified of any changes to these documents and will be invited to respond before any changes are adopted.
The most current Rules & Regulations and Code of Conduct documents are always available to read and download at the SFM website.

Before completing and submitting the Application Form below, please read these terms and conditions. By submitting the form you are agreeing to them.
I/we hereby submit this Stall Holder Application form for the SAGE Farmers Market, held at Riverside Park, Moruya on Tuesdays from 3.00pm for consideration by the SAGE Farmers Market Committee for inclusion at the market.
I/we have read and understand the SAGE Farmers Market Rules & Regulations and agree to be bound by and comply with them and any subsequent updates or modifications to the SAGE Farmers Market Rules & Regulations from the date of the signing of this application.
I/we have read and understand the SAGE Farmers Market Code of Conduct and agree to be bound by and comply with it and any subsequent updates or modifications to the SAGE Farmers Market Code of Conduct from the date of the signing of this application.
I/We have read and understand the SAGE Farmers Market Philosophy & Ethos that form part of the SAGE Farmers Market Rules & Regulations and accompanying Code of Conduct, and undertake to conduct myself/ourselves in keeping with the the SAGE Farmers Market Philosophy & Ethos.
I/We agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the SAGE Farmers Market Committee (a sub-committee of Sustainable Agriculture and Gardening Eurobodalla Inc) against all actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs and expenses in respect to any loss, damage, accident or injury to any property or person in connection with the occupation of land in the care and control and management of the SAGE Farmers Market Committee during the conduct of the weekly market. Provided that such loss or damage does not arise from the negligent act of the SAGE Farmers Market Committee.
NB: You must ensure you have included a copy your Certificate of Currency for Public and Products Liability insurance as described in the SFM Rules & Regulations and copies of any applicable certifications (e.g. organic or biodynamic) with this application form. Stall holders are not permitted to trade without evidence of the necessary Public and Products Liability insurance, unless alternative arrangements with the SFM Site Coordinator have been organised in advance.
