As we move away from summer and enter the season of autumn, join us to celebrate autumn equinox and the SAGE food community with a delicious seasonal dinner as we take you back to the 10th century with a feast based around Hungarian beef and vegetable goulashes. Goulash was a stew prepared and dehydrated for shepherds to carry on their long cold hikes. The original hiking food!
The SAGE goulash seasonal spread will have plenty of fresh local produce and be far too delicious to dehydrate.
Matt & Co. will be performing and delighting us with their talent and fun music and songs.
We are also offering gin from our regions newest gin makers Foxdog Distillery in Mogo, who focus on harnessing the magic of local botanicals and flavours.
It's shaping to be a fabulous autumn evening in the garden.
Gates open at 4.30pm | Dinner served around 5pm.
Remember to please bring your own chairs, crockery and cutlery, drinks.
